As an experienced Realtor and a 15yr background in mortgage lending, I have helped first-time buyers, investors, and self-employed people of all different backgrounds get into homes! Here they are, so it's actually granted to you in the form of a 2nd mortgage which has no monthly payments and does not accrue interest and... does need to be paid back upon refinance, sale or once you've paid off the loan, But hey, it get's you into homeownership man!
